Curious is the Cat 2.0

As I drove through WBNP during my fieldwork for my MSc we were quick to slow down when four figures appeared on the road in front of us. We slowly approached and I got my camera ready. As we got closer three kittens ran frantically into the woods. Meanwhile, this mother Lynx slowly sauntered along the road's edge, taking her time to sniff our scents and use a perfectly placed branch as a scratching post. Apart from size, these forest kittens may not be that different from the one sprawled across that perfect sun spot in your living room.
